Features of life if the wild card manifests

Feature 3: consumers, markets and lifestyles
Travelling would become a more enjoyable experience due to the fear of an attack being eliminated.
Feature 5: politics and global affairs
With such high powered devices in operation, terrorist attacks on Air-Traffic would be eliminated and the such threats reduced.
Feature 6: health and quality of life
frequent travelers might be subjected to too much radiation from such scanners, which may result in health problems later in life. This would need investigation.
Feature 7: security and defence
Much safer air travel, without the inconvenience of long security checks. Already occurring with Terahertz scanners in some airports. However, the added benefit to the device described above would be the time saving aspects.
