By 2020 EU researchers discover the secrets of stopping ageing. This leads to the end of political reforms and stagnation of societal development. Young people loose their chances to get promotions in labour life, and the growing majority of old people veto any reforms which would change the processes and structures that they have created. National politic would base on the votes of old conservative people.
