All dried up and nowhere to go

Description

Please describe the Wild Card (approx. 150 words)
Many rivers run dry all year round in Mediterranean countries, and agriculture is depleting groundwater supplies rapidly. One solution is the ‘food pod’, a hi-tech greenhouse system which generates all its own water and energy. Many landscapes are dominated by these pods, but in between turn to dust, so that tourism activity also dries up very quickly.
