Signal's description

(approx. 150 words)
Please describe the Weak Signal (approx. 150 words)
Talk about fiat money; and places that are strong, but so challenged economically that they need to make a fundamental change in their economic system or be totally owned by the hedge funds. We think that is far more likely. If you ask 1,000 economists that question today, they will give it a zero to one percent probability. We think it is much higher than that and needs to be watched. There would be huge implications if things developed so that the Euro became fiat money and not debt money. Europe is big enough for that to have a global effect.
