The SLA@SOI project consortium strives to create an open source SLA (Service Level Agreement) framework for the SOI (Service Oriented Infrastructure). There is an assumption of a product economy transformation towards a service oriented economy, where IT based services can be flexibly traded as economic good, i.e. under well defined and dependable conditions and with clearly associated costs.
