Women rights is a very sensitive subject in our nowadays world, so it's really intense for politicians to prevent the access to this kind of things like abortion. First able, the media will communicate very badly about it because usually they are more in a evolutive set of mind. Then, the public opinion will be very against this, however this is clearly against the ideologies of the Republican party.
