Please describe the Weak Signal (approx. 150 words)
Sprout offers an electronic course, in which people from all over the world can exchange their knowledge and help each other to further elaborate their social or environmental project ideas. Sprout tries to attract dynamic activists, leaders, and professionals, which are trained by sprout facilitators to become e-mentors. Everyone can be a mentor and help other young people with their expertise and knowledge gained in similar projects. Sprout exists to help make the process of innovating simpler, more practical and less intimidating by guiding you through the project management process step-by-step. It provides a way to learn, grow and connect in a supportive environment that encourages creativity, involvement and hard work to create a better world.
