NBIC and advanced BCI (Brain-Computer Interface) technologies lead to significant augmentation of human intelligence (personal as well as collective), with major social implications. One of possible outcomes could be a "collective super-brain). For example, teams of individuals linked via BCI (implanted?) chips among themselves and to the Net, achieve far greater efficiency than ordinary groups. What will make this Wild Card interesting? It would be surprising; It would invert established assumptions; It would unfold unforeseeable impacts
