The new generation of smart systems built with the reflective technology should understand user's emotions, needs, intentions and social situation and provide appropriate assistance in a descrete and personalized manner. This approach will utilize new technologies and will manage cognitive states at a biocybernetic loop. These capabilities could improve the quality of life especially to disabled, but could be abuzed and utilized to influence / change / cause activities of a person or a crowd. It could enable controling behavior of parivate or mass of people. What will make this Wild Card interesting? It would invert established assumptions
