Advanced software systoms will become so complex, that the diagnostic of their correct/incorrect opperation will be unaccomplishable by common tools for software development. It will cause slowdown of further software development in Eurpe and lagging of Europe behind more software deeloped countries in all application fields (industry, health care, education etc.). .
